Where do we deliver?       
 
We deliver across the UK and most mainland deliveries are FREE.
 
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, North of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Scottish Islands, Cornwall and specific postcodes in remote areas incur an additional cost. - (See Below for additional transport cost)

Excluded postcodes AB, IV, PH, KW, PA, BT, IM, HS  incur an additional delivery cost - Prices Start From £25.00
Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland delivery Prices Start From £65.00
Channel Islands Prices Start From £145.00, (ex Vat)
Isle of Man Prices Starts From £145.00,
Scottish Islands Prices Start From £75.00
 
 
How long will my delivery take? 
 
Delivery time will vary depending on the items ordered.
 
Each individual product page has an estimated delivery time based on stocking levels and availability. If you are ordering multiple items please use the longest delivery time as the one for estimating delivery.
 
If an item has In Stock with the supplier- delivery is usually within 5 -21 days 
 
We constantly update our estimated delivery times, however, if an item is not available for despatch within the estimated dates we will contact you as soon as possible.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and excluded postcodes please add an extra two weeks to estimated delivery, however, it may be sooner depending on carrier schedule.
 
What happens once I have ordered? 
 
For UK mainland deliveries once your item/items are ready to be despatched you will be contacted to arrange a date for delivery. - (Between Mon- Fri)
 
A specific day and a 3-hour timeslot will be offered. 
 
The day offered for delivery will be scheduled in line with the delivery areas of the carrier and the route plans for your postcode area.
 
If you are not available on the first suggested date our carriers will happily offer delivery for the following week etc.
 
Please accept our apologies if the carriers’ route is not on the most suitable day for you.
 
 Your Order is on its way to you 
 
For all deliveries, it is important that you or someone you trust is there to receive the delivery.
 
The majority of deliveries will be via our standard one man delivery service, using this service allows us to keep delivery costs down.
 
The delivery driver will always do his best for you, delivery is only guaranteed to your front door. Carriers will not unwrap or assemble any items.
 
With larger or heavier items you may be required to assist the driver in unloading your items.

Furniture is generally delivered via a large van or lorry, please ensure your property is accessible for this size of the vehicle. 
 
Should our carriers deem access to your property unsafe then goods will not be delivered and will incur a redelivery cost?
 
Please note that we can only deliver online orders to a permanent UK address or a registered shipping agent.

Delivery of goods to you  
 
We will deliver the goods you have ordered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order.
 
We do deliver to the  Channel Islands(Prices Start From£145.00), Isle of Man(Prices Start From£145.00), Scottish Islands(Prices Start From£90.00), Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland(Prices Start From£90.00) for an extra delivery fee from our standard delivery fee.
 
We aim to deliver your furniture within the time quoted on our website when you place your order.

If circumstances change such as a delay in production or a delay in shipping from abroad from our suppliers, we will contact you straight away.

These are beyond our control and cannot accept any liability for consequential loss. - we will do our utmost to prevent this.
 
The delivery times quoted on the website are for delivery to postcodes which fall within our normal delivery areas.
Should your postcode fall outside our normal delivery area, delivery times and cost may vary.
We will inform you of this when confirming acceptance of your order.
You will become the owner of the goods (and be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods) at the time of delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the goods. If your furniture comes flat-packed and ready to assemble. Our drivers cannot assemble the items.
All deliveries must clearly be printed and signed for.
If you are out when our delivery team arrives, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to call them and arrange a delivery at a future date.
Please note that there will be an additional redelivery charge for this.
This will be the True Rate charged to Azura Furniture from the Carriers.
 
Returns & Accidental Damage in Transport

We deliver hundreds of products to satisfied customers every week and do everything we can to ensure your furniture reaches you in perfect condition.
 
Azura Furniture understands that buying on the internet can be daunting so to give our customers peace of mind we have a returns policy beyond the industry standard.
 
If you would like to return any product simply fill out our Returns Form.
 
Once items have been received you will receive a full refund within 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Goods 
 
Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect.
 
If the goods are found to be either damaged or defective in any way at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately.
 
If the damage is discovered after delivery, you must contact us within 24 of delivery of the goods - Failer of this means we cannot make a claim from the delivery company and replace your order.
 
 If the goods are damaged, we require photos of the damaged item and, if we are unable to repair the item to manufacturing standards, we will send a replacement item.
 
 If the goods are found to be defective we will replace the item free of charge.
